The company is organized in Wyoming and conducts the customer-facing activities described on this site from Virginia.

In these terms, “Menasriam Orchid,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Menasriam Orchid LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming.

Our public business and operating address is 12759 Ashleigh Ct, Fairfax, VA 22030, USA. Local delivery and any appointment pickup described on this website are coordinated from the Fairfax, Virginia service area; we do not represent that we operate a customer-facing storefront in Wyoming.

What we provide

We create orchid arrangements, floral gifts, and plant-based decor.

Menasriam Orchid LLC provides living orchid arrangements, floral gifts, plant-based decor, care guidance, local delivery or pickup coordination, and custom design services. Product images, descriptions, and published package prices are provided to help you choose or request an arrangement.

Quotes and custom requests

Custom work is confirmed only after you approve the quote and any required payment terms.

Custom arrangements are quoted individually based on plant availability, stem count, vessel, materials, delivery details, timeline, and design complexity.

Your written custom quote states the agreed scope and exact total in U.S. dollars. A request, budget range, or consultation is not permission for an open-ended charge. We request payment only after you approve the quoted amount.

A quote is not binding until we confirm it in writing and you approve it. We may decline or adjust requests if materials are unavailable, timing is not feasible, delivery cannot be arranged, or the requested design falls outside our services.

Payments

You authorize the approved order amount, delivery fees, taxes, deposits, and balances when you pay.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Published package prices cover the listed scope. Taxes, delivery, approved add-ons, and separately quoted custom work are confirmed before payment.

Listed arrangements and published packages are paid on a Stripe Payment Link for the published USD amount. Payment details are entered on Stripe, and menasriamorchid.com will not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Custom work is paid only after you approve a written quote. We then send a Stripe page for that exact amount. A changed scope or added charge requires separate customer approval.

Stripe shows the payment methods available for the specific customer or transaction, and those methods may vary. A posted charge should show MENASRIAM ORCHID, or the shortened prefix MENASRIAM* followed by product or order text. If a payment then fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified, we may delay, suspend, or cancel the order.

Availability and substitutions

Living plants vary. We may make thoughtful substitutions while preserving the value and character of the arrangement.

Because arrangements use living plants and seasonal materials, exact blooms, colors, shapes, sizes, vessels, and decorative finishes may vary from photos. If a specific plant, color, or vessel is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and value of the approved order.

Delivery, pickup, and fulfillment

Delivery and pickup details must be accurate and are confirmed before fulfillment.

Delivery or pickup options, eligible destinations, timing, and fees are confirmed before the order is finalized. Some orders may require additional lead time or may be limited by distance, weather, recipient availability, building access, or plant availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, access instructions, and requested timing. Delays, redelivery fees, or failed delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Perishable living plants have special cancellation and refund rules.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Because orchids and plant materials are perishable living goods, cancellation eligibility depends on order status, preparation, dispatch, delivery, and whether the item is standard or custom.

Care and plant condition

We provide care guidance, but living plants respond differently after delivery.

Care guidance is provided with arrangements where appropriate. Once an arrangement leaves our care, plant health and bloom duration can be affected by light, watering, temperature, humidity, handling, transport, and the recipient's environment. We do not guarantee a specific bloom lifespan after delivery or pickup.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide complete information and inspect your order promptly.

You agree to provide accurate order, contact, delivery, and payment information; respond promptly to quote or delivery questions; inspect the arrangement upon receipt; and follow care instructions.

If there is a problem with an arrangement, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photos so we can evaluate the issue.

Intellectual property

Our website, branding, copy, designs, and photos are protected.

The website, brand elements, text, arrangement designs, photography, graphics, and other content are owned by Menasriam Orchid LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

Prohibited uses

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or misleading activity; interfere with website security; copy website content without permission; impersonate another person; or use the site in a way that harms Menasriam Orchid LLC or others.

If there is a problem with an order, contact us promptly so we can review it. Where the law allows, any remedy will be limited to the affected order and may include care guidance, repair, replacement, partial refund, or refund.

If your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, unlawful conduct, or violation of another person's rights causes a claim or loss, you may be responsible for the resulting costs.

If we cannot resolve it, either party may bring a claim in a court that has lawful subject-matter and personal jurisdiction, including an eligible small-claims court. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive access to a government consumer-protection agency.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the Last updated date, and we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite the agreed terms of an order already accepted unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise. By placing a new request or order after an updated version takes effect, you agree to the updated terms for that new transaction.
